In this one, Michelle is not the central character but actually slowly gains prominence.  She plays one of the bad guys, where she’s involved in a shady deal for a computer chip.  The central group of characters is a team of PRC special forces undercover agents who are out to protect Mainland interests and investigate crimes that involve people from Mainland China (the period of the film, of course, is during British rule).  The team is trying to catch Michelle’s boss, and she ends up flirting with the leader of the team early on.  Eventually Michelle’s co-agent kills their boss and takes over the organization, forcing her to change sides to try and take the lunatic out.  It isn’t Shakespeare, but it’s pretty good all the same – and Michelle’s gorgeous!
