The third of the Michelle Yeoh vehicles, Magnificent Warriors is about how Michelle's character is involved in helping the Chinese countryside defend against the invading Japanese in Manchuria.  Lots of action - yes, Michelle got injured during filming, popping her femoral artery and having emergency surgery when someone kicked her too hard in the thigh - she steps forward to take on the Japanese herself even though she's part of a secret group of freedom fighters.  The tiny town with the naive leaders, they take them head on.  Fun, fast, and leaves behind the story - but still good.
